个人简介

田博士是香港科技大学(广州)系统枢纽生物科学与生物医学工程领域的助理教授,并同时兼任脑与智能研究所的研究职务。她本科毕业于四川大学华西医学中心,获理学学士学位;随后在北京大学医学部获得理学硕士学位。田博士在香港科技大学完成了博士学位,师从叶玉如教授。之后,她前往加州大学洛杉矶分校David·Geffen医学院,在S. Thomas Carmichael教授的实验室从事博士后研究,并晋升为助理项目科学家。

 
研究领域

田博士的研究聚焦于阐释以多种类型痴呆为代表的神经退行性疾病中损伤与修复过程所涉及的分子、细胞及神经环路机制。通过整合人类及模式动物的细胞类型特异性转录组学、生物信息学、行为学实验及体内基因操作技术,她发现了参与神经血管功能障碍与修复过程的内皮细胞与胶质细胞亚群之间关键的通路交互信号传导机制。其研究已揭示了多个具有前景的治疗靶点,包括Serpine2-Lrp1与CD39-A3AR信号轴等,并利用小分子药物开发、基因治疗及高通量筛选平台等多种手段对其功能进行了系统验证。在基础机制发现之外,田博士积极推动相关转化研究,通过与药物化学专家及临床医生开展合作,致力于推动新型痴呆治疗药物的研发。
