Li TAO Lab

Our lab focuses on studying the molecular mechanisms that regulate neural development and neurotransmission in both normal and age-related disease states. By using C. elegans and iPSC-derived neurons, we aim to identify novel regulators involved in neuronal development and neurological diseases, with a particular emphasis on neurodegenerative disorders. Our research combines various strategies, such as genome editing, live-cell imaging, behavioral assays, and large-scale high-throughput proteomics.
